Delivery is available only on Friday and Saturday excluding Public Holidays.
Place your order by Wednesday 3:00pm for your order to be delivered to you in the same week. Orders made after will be delivered on the earliest day of the following week.

Please note that for orders to office buildings in the CBD, additional delivery charges may apply if a delivery location is difficult to access. Parking availability should be discussed with Tuskimi to avoid additional costs.
CANCELLATIONS
Please take note that we can only accept at least 2 working days in advance notice with regards to cancelling the order. Any cancellation will incur a bank fee of 3%. Due to perishable items, we are not able to accommodate a 24 hours cancellation notice and will then be fully charged and advise to freeze the whole order and arrange for a change of delivery/pick-up date.
ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERIES Please ensure that there is someone available to accept the order during the specified delivery time, as due to the perishable nature of our product we are unable to leave the product.
In the instance that no one is at home to accept the order, our driver will wait a max. of 10mins, after which he will proceed to leave the parcel at your door and take a picture to be send as evidence. Kindly check goods once received and notify us within 24 hours for any issue or missing item.

How long can I keep meat in the fridge?
You can store meat in the fridge for about 3–5 days. Always check the “use by” date on the package as your best guide.
How long can I keep meat in the freezer?
Meat stays safe in the freezer for up to 8–12 months. After a while, the quality and taste may drop, even though it’s still safe. Always check the “use by” date on the pack.
What’s the best way to thaw frozen meat?
Move the meat from the freezer to the fridge 24 hours before cooking. Keep it in a container on the bottom shelf. Before cooking, let it sit out until it reaches room temperature.
⚠️ Avoid thawing in the microwave or leaving it on the counter for hours.
Why does my meat sometimes look brown when I open it?
That’s normal! Meat sealed without oxygen can look brown. Once you open the pack and let it “breathe,” it usually turns red again within 10–15 minutes.
Why does vacuum-sealed meat sometimes smell odd when opened?
That musky smell is completely normal for vacuum-sealed meat. As long as the meat feels cool when it arrives, it’s safe to eat.
